A principle that I would challenge you with for this new Year is to make it a year with more than a new start, but one in which we strive for a new me. Over the last year we all accumulated some baggage that really was not for our best. Some of the baggage was blaming others, emotional overburden, wrong decisions, making others responsible for our decisions and so neglecting our own responsibility for our life, our decisions, our choices. With the opportunity of a new year before us then, let's be challenged to put all that behind us. Let's pursue with real genuine effort to open new doors, new windows, new scenes, new horizons; to reach for new goals that will require a change in us. You see you can not solve things of the past because they are settled; but you can put a new shine on the future, reach for new goals, let the past teach you what to avoid for tomorrow. Why keep repeating the past!
Years back we were always told to make a new years resolutions list, well I am not asking for that because inevitably the resolutions did not have any meaning to them, much less, was there any real commitment backing them. What I want to see happen for each of us is, to make a resolute decision, a quality decision. a decision with force of our will, to change. Change what? mainly and most importantly our way of thinking, our way of intentions, our way of doing things, and with a new attitude to our life and our business. You see we must change our thinking before we can ever expand our horizons and the future that those horizons bring.
While this principle works across the board for all departments of our lives. Our minds and intellect, our feelings and emotions, our choices and will, which are the soul, and then our integrity of character which is our Spirit, these all are our personage. However, I am specifically going to address this concept to be part of our energy for the tomorrows of our company and your business, Compumatrix.
It is going to be absolutely important for each of us to make this new year a decision to be energetic to the new concepts and process of every part of our Company. Why, you might ask, and that is a fair question. The primary answer is that we, today, as we move onward into 2014 are not the company we were two years ago not even the same as when I became President /CEO. Our company has been evolving and today we have arrived at a very viable and operating level for greater success. This will enable us to gain and possess a spot on the global world market. Our Focus and our Vision must be maintained alive and forward looking, giving no regard to the negatives.
The start of this year will require some real action and further dedication in the learning curve for all of us. We are on the verge of a breakout as a startup company. There are multiple plans for our future this coming year but these will require a new level of thought and creativity by each member.
Please be aware that it is our long term future that is, should be, and is, our main concern. The future will bring greater impetus to the growth and the increase of value for this company. This should be great news to any and all shareholders. So be very mindful that we can not loiter where we have been nor stay as we have been. The global community around us is changing very rapidly and we must keep pace. This requires a new way of thinking and grasping the worldwide realities. A prime example is the world movement toward digital currency. Today Banks are beginning to embrace this concept and we cannot drop back because we do have a premier system of digital currency in Compumatrix.
We need to understand it and be able to fully comprehend how it works, embrace it, learn how to use it. The only pathway for it is for it to increase our value as a company. In and of itself it is a currency though not a fiat one. However, it is here to stay and all signs indicate it will be a trade able commodity within a growing community of acceptance and exchanging for it. We at Compumatrix have a superior commodity in our digital currency because it is backed by people value and their productivity.
But for our company to get there every member and every shareholder is going to need to double down in attitude, effort and respect for the company goals. That means we will have to embrace the efforts of the company to meet its credo; to enrich, engage and enhance, this will take an effort to make these goals to be our goals and that what we want on an individual basis must take a back seat for the initial push of our company and its community. So we must see with foresight that our company will benefit many more than just ourselves.
Moments ago I read the Message from our founder, which I considered a great message replete with tremendous meaning for us personally and as a company. However, the shame of it is that all some would read was this part "staff who have continued to support us as volunteers compensated with equity and not cash; " with the trailing question of when am I getting paid question. I find this to be sad since there is so much more in this message for us to grasp and receive with some level of excitement.. However, to have so narrow a focus is to miss the concept of what we will become. This limited blinder type focus negates the greater good coming towards us. Added to this negation of understanding is that it will further cause a vast array of misinterpretation, misunderstanding of very, sometimes, simple statements or pictures. This then will lead to that of a blinded lack to understand intent and meaning, a profound failure to "get the vision being shared". This is something that often occurs with both staff and members. I accept the fact that we have gone through more than our share of growing pains, But these pains are for a purpose. For many of us they go far beyond our finite imaginations at this time. But others choose to not see the long term purpose nor goal. However, it is with intellect, purposeful able reasoning, positive mindful decisions, absence of emotionalism that will make the difference to achieve our purposes and goals.
I can not decide for you but I can ask for the support we need that goes far beyond self interest but considers the good of all by the development of the good for the Company. Some, probably many, complain about the different additions to our process as trying to change the direction of our process, and change the direction of peoples thinking (about earning-paying). I can assure you that this is not the case as earning and paying is a top rated goal but really we can not stand still and consume all our energies in this part, that is not a luxury we can embrace. We must of necessity expand on our roadways of growth and success. We must concern ourselves with the ideas of what can be done to increase our valuation. I invite you to join us in our vision for tomorrow because the perennial verity, that without a vision people perish, is as true to an individual as to a company. So I ask you "Do you not want more for your shares than just a few dollars?" Do you not want to say many years hence, "I was a part of this company when it started and I grew with it and all its growing pains. And now today it is one of the great companies of the world."
We MUST never let hope die, however, if we do not practice daily renewal even weekly renewal of HOPE it will die, and we with it. We will stagnate around our singularly dead focus and die. If the theme of our being and activity revolves around an old sign post we will never be able to arrive at any destination let alone a new destination.
Most still see this company in the colors of even two years ago and not the trans-formative steps it has had to travel to get to the metamorphosis of what it is today, Many do not see this as the maturing of a still young startup company, because our focus is still narrow and limited to yesteryear.
However, I do congratulate so many of you that have with tenacious patience stuck with us for these many years, months, weeks and days. You have traveled with us through all these changes because you do believe in the basic premise of our company's business model. You have stood stalwart with nary a complaint holding in your mind and hand the vision of our future. And, Yes I do stand with you, as we all say it has not been easy, and yet we all know that great pressure put on a substance that Santa puts in the naughty socks, coal, does transform under pressure into a diamond. So the image is there, our company can and will emerge as a diamond in our industry.
In the days, weeks and months ahead there will be several things happening. Yes, more changes and more challenges, but all for the sake of all members and shareholders. There will be enhancements to our programs, refinements, new additions of promotions. There will be changes in our structure to fine tune our global structure and to make us adopt a more professional company operation. Everyone needs to understand that we are advancing to the next several steps of our global and international exposure, not only to attract investors but also to attract an increase in gaining knowledgeable members.
Let me say this too all you shareholders, You are a very fundamental key to our company and its solidarity of purpose to grow, to succeed, not only giving your patient support but also give to you the potential of high earnings. I will say right here and now As President and CEO of this company there abides in me no quit to accomplish our success. Besides that, as a large shareholder in this Company I will not settle for small returns on my shares. If a Mark Zuckerberg can sacrifice the early years to reach the gold mine he has today, then I can too. I invite all of you shareholders to join me because this is not a short term but a long term opportunity; but, if you must, you can sell back to the company your investment at a much, much lower rate than it will reach in the not too distant future. I will say here also something, that if you are an astutely wise person, you will be able to decipher my meaning of this statement. " I would unhesitatingly trust Henry with the keeping of my personal record books." For it is in this kind of trust that our future here has its underpinnings for achieving our goals and dreams. Henry has never stopped pursuing his dreams regardless of all the hurdles and reverses, the rejection expressed toward him and hatred projected toward him, from individuals, from institutions, and from members. But Henry has not ever given up..So we determine to go forward, hopefully with your blessing, though we will do it without your consent, because only you can control the person you decide to be.

Resentment is like a poison pin stuck in your flesh causing infection to spread in your body which will cloud and obscure your perspectives and ideals for your future. The best solution is to "repent" ---make a 180 degree turn in your thinking, attitude and all your doings.
